Green Hydrogen Plant ESIA-India
- Challenge. Client needed to understand the safety risks as part of ESIA for a greenfield project to develop green hydrogen plant in SEZ in eastern part of the country to meet development financial institutions (DFIs).

EHS and Security Strategy Development – Oman
- Challenge. Client needed to develop EHS and Security Strategy for its downstream Oil and Gas business including natural gas extraction, refineries, oil distribution, refineries and petrochemical plants after its de-merger from the parent company.
- Solution. Carried out detailed assessment for more almost a year with a team of five senior professionals to assess current management systems, their effectiveness, site visits and discussion with people at multiple levels across multiple functions. These included Environmental Site Assessments, Regulatory Compliance Assessments and Gap Assessment to guide the company for Energy Management System and Responsible Care RC 14001.
- Outcome. Provided a potential EHS and Security Strategy for implementation and Gap Assessment Reports for Energy Management System and Responsible Care RC 14001. This included five-year high-level plan for its implementation.
Biodiversity Assessment – India for European Client
- Challenge. A major alcohol beverage corporate from Europe wanted to know the Biodiversity impact of its operations in India for its GRI reporting
- Solution. Supported in Technical Biodiversity Assessment of the site including site visit to map the biodiversity and identify the risks and provide essential contents as per GRI standards.
- Outcome. Provided them with Biodiversity Assessment as an input for their GRI report initiative.
Navigator Compliance Management – India for a Japanese Multinational Company
- Challenge. An automotive component manufacturer with units in seven states of India wanted to establish and improve its Compliance Management System to identify and improve its level of compliance.
- Solution. Developed a SAAS Based System and deployed it at all its units and provided them regular updates on the national and state level regulations in India. Also supported the team in understanding the regulatory requirements and close the regulatory compliance gaps
- Outcome. Streamlined and harmonized the Compliance Management System and helped improve compliance levels at each of the seven sites.

- Solution. Hand held them for understanding the requirements of RC 14001, improve communications between the Corporate and sites and help them establish formal structures to integrate EHS and Security into their Site, Process control and Supply Chain so as to meet the certification requirements.
